Take you to know the main process of tube

The most commonly used process of hose is offset printing, silk screen printing and hot stamping.

At present, the more common hose printing process is: dust removal - surface pretreatment - printing (UV ink) - glazing - varnish UV curing. A special printing press for hose can basically realize the above process.

Dust removal: a common problem of plastic raw materials is that it is easy to generate static electricity. In the process of hose production, the raw materials constantly contact with the metal mold to generate static electricity on the surface of the hose, which makes the surface of the hose easy to absorb dust. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out dust removal treatment before printing.

Surface pretreatment: because polyethylene is a kind of non-polar material, surface pretreatment is needed before printing. There are mainly two ways of treatment, one is corona treatment, the other is flame treatment, both of which can achieve the purpose of making ink and varnish adhere firmly.

Printing: at present, there are two common printing methods for plastic hose, one is offset printing, which transfers ink to the printing plate through a set of ink rollers, then the printing plate transfers the ink on the printing pattern to the rubber cloth, and then the rubber cloth transfers the complete printing pattern to the printed material at one time.

The hose offset plate is usually made of light curing resin plate, which is made by main exposure, development, washing, drying and post exposure. The time of making a plate is about 30-40 minutes, and the printing resistance reaches more than 100000 pieces.

At present, the speed of hose offset printing has reached 12000 pieces / hour, and the operation process is becoming more and more simple. With the increase of production speed and the decrease of offset printing cost, offset printing has been widely used in hose printing.

Another way of hose printing is traditional screen printing. In recent years, the printing accuracy and printing speed of domestic silk screen printing machine have been greatly improved, with the production speed reaching 5000 pieces / hour and overprint accuracy reaching ± 0.2mm. Because of the thick screen printing ink layer, it is mainly used for printing color hose or some non covered light oil products.

Glazing: a set of polishing device is installed on the hose offset printer, which consists of two steel rollers and one rubber roller. The adhesion fastness of light oil is also directly related to the tension after the pretreatment of plastic surface. Light oil is usually UV curing light oil, there are many types of light oil and sub light oil. In addition, there are also heat curing light oil and three in one light oil, which is used for the light coating after the hose is offset.

Photooil curing: for UV curing light oil, the curing degree of light oil is closely related to the wavelength and ultraviolet intensity of UV lamp. For products with subsequent processing such as stamping, the curing degree of light oil will have a great influence on the quality of subsequent processing.

Stamping: it is a thin layer of the gilding paper on top, so there is no bump of the silk printing. The process of stamping is mainly divided into several parts: preparation before stamping, stamping plate, plate installation, determination of stamping process parameters, trial hot and formal stamping.
