About screen printing
Screen printing process is the ink through the screen part of the mesh after missing printed on the substrate, the rest of the mesh is blocked, ink permeability. A wide range of printing

Adjustable ink layer range

Compared with them, the thickness of the ink layer of screen printing is relatively wide: under general conditions, the thickness of the ink layer of screen printing is about 10-20um; the thinnest can reach 5um; for special thick film printing, the ink layer will exceed 1000um. The thick screen printing ink layer makes it more suitable for printed circuit board, oil painting and textile printing.
