The normal round tube, oval tube and super flat tube are available here, diameter ranges from 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, to 50mm, with the capacity 5ml to 300ml accordingly. Knowledge of cosmetic packaging materials--Size and structure requirements

1. Specification and dimension: measure with vernier caliper according to the design drawing requirements, tolerance within the specified scope of the drawing: the maximum allowable deviation of diameter is 0.5mm; The maximum allowable deviation of length is 1.5mm; The maximum allowable deviation of thickness is 0.05mm;

2. Weight requirements: measure with a balance with accuracy of 0.1g, and the standard value and allowable error shall be within the agreed scope of both parties: the maximum allowable deviation is 10% of the weight of the standard sample;

3. Full port capacity: after filling the container with 20 ℃ water flush with the container mouth, the full port capacity of the container is expressed by the quality of the water injected. The standard value and error range are within the agreed scope of both parties: the maximum allowable deviation is 5% of the full port capacity of the standard sample;

4. Thickness uniformity (suitable for hose with content more than 50ml): cut the container open, and measure 5 places respectively at the upper, middle and lower parts with thickness gauge, and the maximum allowable deviation shall not be greater than 0.05mm

5. Material requirements: according to the materials specified in the contract signed by both parties, the inspection shall be conducted according to the corresponding national industry standards, and the inspection shall be consistent with the sample sealing sample template

1.     Why is have to be deposited?

-Most of our packaging products are custom made (exclusive printing),If by any chance the order is canceled ,those products cannot sell to anybody else.

2.     Can you offer free samples?

-Sure,we are very glad to send some samples to you for reference of our products.But please pay for shipment by yourself.

3.     How will my product packed during shipping is it safe during long way shipping?

-We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked,it will be steady and save.
