Tube material

According to the material, the hose can be divided into aluminum-plastic composite hose, all plastic composite hose, plastic co extrusion hose, all aluminum pipe, paper plastic hose, PVC hose, silicone hose, etc.

Aluminum foil and plastic film are made into sheet by coextrusion process, and then processed into tubular packaging container by professional pipe making machine. Its typical structure is PE / PE + EAA / Al / PE + EAA / PE.

Plastic coextrusion tube

Using coextrusion technology, different kinds of raw materials with different properties are coextruded together for one-time forming. It is divided into single-layer extrusion hose and multi-layer coextrusion hose.

Better elasticity, high softness and better handle.

Tube  production process

From the three steps of hose forming (pipe drawing and injection head), hose printing (printing, polishing and drying) and hose processing (gilding, cover locking and tail sealing), bright hose appears.

Tube surface treatment

It can be used as colored tube, transparent tube, colored or transparent frosted tube and pearlescent tube. It can be divided into UV, matte and bright light. Matte is elegant but easy to be dirty, and bright light is bright and clean.

Composition of five layer tube

The composition of the five layer pipe is polyethylene / adhesive resin / EVOH / adhesive resin / polyethylene, that is, there is one more barrier layer and two more adhesive layers than the two-layer pipe, and the other two layers and the two-layer pipe have the same material, which is PE.

When to use two floors and when to use five floors?

If the contents of the package are particularly sensitive to oxygen (such as whitening and sunscreen products) or the smell is easy to volatilize, it is recommended to use five layer extruded hose.
