Product Procedure

We have five production lines for tube and one line for plastic cap equipped with UV single, three, five colors automatic silk-screen printing machines,multifunctional machine for perforating, foil sealing and screwing,automatic labeling machine and automatic hot stamping machines, the annual production is up to 70 million pieces. What are the requirements of cosmetic hose sealing

The two quality factors of filling and packaging of cosmetics (similar to biological drugs, food and beverage) are: filling quantity and sealing. The hose sealing tail mainly involves the key position of sealing. Here, according to my experience in cosmetics filling and packaging production and equipment manufacturing industry, the following answers are made. I hope to provide reference opinions. The requirements are as follows:

Requirements for sealing fastness

In order to ensure that the middle part of the transportation and use process is not cracked and leaked, and the material is effective within the warranty period, the sealing end must have certain fastness. The specific standards are as follows: according to the quality standards of a French cosmetics enterprise I worked for before: the test methods and requirements are as follows:

(1) Air pipe detection: after cutting with scissors, pull the sealing area under the tensile tester, and pull the material, but the sealing part is not broken.

(2) Finished product inspection: under the test standard of hose sealing tester (special equipment) "50kg * 10s", the safety line of sealing tail seal is not damaged, and it is qualified.

(3) It is emphasized that the sealing safety line must be concerned with the sealing, and the leakage and even the damage of the straight grain area are more serious defects

(4) And remember that all tested products should be discarded;

Integrity of the packing

(1) The first is the material capacity in the range to meet the relevant industry and national rules. Usually the "declared value x" on the package ± 1%".

(2) Detection method: confirm the first sample before starting, sampling inspection with fixed frequency during production process, measure net weight by electronic balance, and realize 100% full inspection by conditional external belt type dynamic weight detector.

Appearance requirements

(1) The end face of the cutting part is neat and smooth;

(2) The characters and lines on both sides are clearly visible;

(3) There are no problems such as fold, distortion and extrusion of plastic due to overheating of sealing parts.

(4) The tail of the hose is upward and placed vertically on the platform. The height of both ends of the hose is the same and there is no inclination.

(5) Middle, center, Center (emphasis below);

(6) The front and back patterns are centered, and the color mark is judged by observing the color mark in the middle of the sealing area;

(7) The inside and outside of the sealing area and the outer part of the hose are clean without adhesion materials;

(8) If aluminum plastic pipe is used, pay attention to that the pattern layer cannot be burnt, especially if there is coating on the outer layer. The plastic layer is transparent, the temperature is too high or the pressure is too high, which will destroy the coating and expose the plastic inside.

Correct identification content

(1) Usually embossed by steel stamp, one side is the date of production or shelf life, and the other is the production batch number. Check with quality documents.

(2) Note that the identification characters should be replaced every day and every batch;

(3) Ink jet dot matrix characters are also used for identification, and also confirm whether they are correct and whether they are in the required location area.

Dimension requirements: the whole length of the product after cutting is within the required range.
