Product Procedure

We have five production lines for tube and one line for plastic cap equipped with UV single, three, five colors automatic silk-screen printing machines,multifunctional machine for perforating, foil sealing and screwing,automatic labeling machine and automatic hot stamping machines, the annual production is up to 70 million pieces. We also researched and developed some products independently, like flat tube, and many types of unique cap.

Production process of cosmetic tube

1. tube drawing

The mixing material shall be put into the mixer in strict accordance with the raw material name / model / proportion / toner required for production, and the hopper shall be kept clean.

2. Note head

In the production of cosmetics hose, the injection head needs to be installed on the inverted hose through the injection molding machine to realize the close combination between the two. In the process of processing, the hose needs to be installed on the mold, and the injection head needs to be installed on the hose through the injection molding machine. When installing the hose, it is necessary to insert the hose into the mold to fix the hose and then process it. However, the existing mold can only install the hose of one height. When installing the hose of different heights, the mold needs to be replaced, which leads to the decrease of processing efficiency.

3. printing

The printing plate used in cosmetic hose printing is usually copper plate. Due to the high printing resistance of copper plate, the plate making method is the same as that of ordinary copper zinc plate. Cosmetic hose printing machine is mainly composed of plate cylinder, rubber cylinder, printing plate with rubber tube impression cylinder, output mechanism, ink bucket, etc

4. Hot stamping

Hot stamping is a kind of printing decoration process. The metal plate is heated, and the foil is applied on the printed matter to press out the golden words or patterns. It uses the principle of hot press transfer to transfer the aluminum layer in the anodized aluminum to the substrate surface to form a special metal effect.

5. Seal the tail

The hose sealing machine uses the heating technology and principle to fuse the sealing surface of the plastic hose with high pressure on both sides of the hose mouth under the heating condition, so as to avoid the disadvantage that the sealing is not firm due to the foreign matter on the pipe wall. It is specially designed for the sealing and printing of plastic hose. It has a unique design concept. It takes compressed air as the power and is convenient and fast. It is suitable for ideal plastic hose and composite pipe sealing machinery in medicine, daily chemical, food and special industries.
