Knowledge of cosmetic packaging materials--Basic appearance requirements

1. Appearance requirements: In principle, under natural light or 40W fluorescent lamp, visual inspection at a distance of about 30cm, without surface unevenness, embossing (no twill on the tail), scratches, scratches, and burns.

2. Smooth surface, clean inside and outside, uniform glazing, consistent glossiness with the standard model, no obvious irregularities such as unevenness, redundant stripes, scratches or indentations, deformation, wrinkles, etc., no foreign matter adhesion, small uneven spots There should be no more than 5 hoses. If the net content of the hose is ≥100ml, 2 blooms are allowed; if the net content of the hose is less than 100ml, 1 bloom is allowed.

3. The tube body and the cover are flat, no drape, no damage, no thread defect, the tube body is sealed tightly, the sealing tail line is flush, the sealing width is the same, the standard size of the sealing tail height is 3.5-4.5mm, and the same branch is soft Allowable deviation of tube seal tail line height ≤ 0.5mm.
