 Product Procedure

We have five production lines for tube and one line for plastic cap equipped with UV single, three, five colors automatic silk-screen printing machines,multifunctional machine for perforating, foil sealing and screwing,automatic labeling machine and automatic hot stamping machines, the annual production is up to 70 million pieces. We also researched and developed some products independently, like flat tube, and many types of unique cap.

Knowledge of cosmetic packaging materials

1.surface treatment

The hose can be made of colored tube, transparent tube, colored or transparent frosted tube, pearlescent tube (pearlescent tube, scattered silver pearlescent tube, scattered gold pearlescent tube), and can be divided into UV, matte or bright tube. Matte tube seems elegant but easy to be dirty. The difference between large area printing of colored tube and tube body can be judged from the incision at the tail. The large area printing tube with white incision requires high ink, Otherwise, it is easy to fall off and will crack and show white marks after folding.

2. Graphic printing

Hose surface commonly used are screen printing (with spot color, color block small and less, and plastic bottle printing method, need to register color, professional line products commonly used), offset printing (similar to paper printing, color block large and more, daily chemical line products commonly used) There are gold stamping and silver stamping. Hose processing usually uses offset, most of the ink used is UV dry, it usually requires strong ink adhesion, color resistance. The printing color shall be within the specified depth range, the overprint position shall be accurate, the deviation shall be within 0.2mm, and the font shall be complete and clear.
