Tube has the characteristics of light weight, easy to carry, strong and durable, recyclable, easy to extrude, good processing performance and printing adaptability, and is favored by many cosmetics manufacturers.

A. Aluminum plastic composite tube

Aluminum plastic composite tube is a kind of packaging container made of aluminum foil and plastic film by coextrusion process, and then processed into tubular by special pipe making machine. Its typical structure is PE / PE + EAA / Al / PE + EAA / PE. Aluminum plastic composite tube is mainly used for packaging cosmetics with high requirements for hygiene and barrier. Its barrier layer is generally aluminum foil, and its barrier depends on the pinhole degree of aluminum foil. With the continuous improvement of technology, the thickness of aluminum foil barrier layer in aluminum plastic composite tube has changed from 40 μ M reduced to 12 μ m. Even 9 μ m. It greatly saves resources.

B. All plastic composite tube

All of them are plastic components, which are divided into two types: all plastic non barrier composite tube and all plastic barrier composite tube. All plastic non barrier composite tube is generally used for packaging low-grade and fast consuming cosmetics; All plastic barrier composite tube is usually used in the packaging of middle and low grade cosmetics due to its edge seam.
