1. How will my product packed during shipping? Is it safe during long way shipping?

-We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked, it will be steady and safe.

2. Will you be responsible for any quality issue?

-Yes. We believe quality inspection. But in any case complaints happen, we will always take it very serious with a responsible attitude until problem solved.

3. What is the usual process to do packaging business with your company?     

-Artwork approval-sampling-sample approval-production

4 .How long samples can be done?

-Usually it takes 7-10 days for sampling after artwork gets final approval and sample-making cost received.

5. Why have to charge deposit?

-Most of our packaging products are custom made(exclusive printing),if by any chance the order is canceled, those products cannot sell to anybody else.
