China Tourism Group Zhongmian Co., Ltd. is also on the road of A-share + H-share listing. Shiseido personal care business transfer completed

On July 1, Shiseido group issued the notice on the company division (simple absorption Division) and other matters involved in the transfer of personal care business on February 3, 2021. All kinds of transactions related to personal care business of Shiseido and its subsidiaries were completed on that day. The transfer of a total of 10 brands, the transaction value reached 160 billion yen (about 9.8 billion yuan).
