1. Cooperate with tightness

Torque test (applicable to threaded fit): When the threaded cap is tightened with a torque of 10kgf/cm at the hose port, the hose and cap will not be damaged and the teeth will not slip.

Cap opening force (suitable for coupling with cap hose): moderate opening force

2. After fitting, the hose and cover will not be skewed.

3. After the hose cover is fitted, the gap is uniform, and the gap is unobstructed by touching it with your hand. The maximum gap is within the range confirmed by both parties (≤0.2mm).

4. Tightness test:

After the hose is installed with about 9/10 of the maximum capacity of water, cover the matching cover (if there is an inner plug, the inner plug should be equipped), and put it into the vacuum dryer to vacuum up to -0.06MPa and keep it for 5 minutes without leakage. ；

Fill the container with water according to the net content specified in the container, and place it flat at 40 ℃ for 24 hours after tightening the cap, and there is no leakage;
