Isca discloses public offering prospectus
On June 16, MINISO and Huaxi Biotech foundry Zhuhai Yisijia Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed the public offering prospectus. It is reported that as one of the earliest companies engaged in the research and development of professional cosmetics products, Yi Sijia has a sales network covering 29 provinces and cities across the country. In 2020, Yisijia achieved revenue of 166 million yuan, down 11.05% year-on-year; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 21.42 million yuan, down 32.31% year-on-year.
Isga was listed on the NEEQ in August 2016 and will enter the selection layer tutoring period in November 2020. On June 3, 2021, Yi Sijia passed the selection layer counseling acceptance. According to the latest transfer listing method, Isga has been listed on the Selected Layer of the NEEQ for a full year, and it can be transferred to the Science and Technology Innovation Board and ChiNext if it meets the standards.
Korean pharmaceutical company develops new cannabis brand
From Europe and America to Asia, the boom in hemp cosmetics has entered many Asian countries such as Thailand and South Korea. Recently, the Korean biopharmaceutical company Koru Pharmaceuticals launched a new skin care brand Mesohemp. The company uses hemp seed oil extracted from a hybrid of hemp imported from the Netherlands and hemp from South Korea. The company claims that this ingredient cultivated in the country contains 460 natural substances, including omega 3, 6, 9 and at least 20% cannabidiol (CBD).
In November 2018, South Korea revised the Narcotics Control Law to legalize the use of medical marijuana, making South Korea the first country in East Asia to legalize medical marijuana. Currently, the current law allows the import of CBD materials extracted from hemp seeds, stems and roots that do not contain any tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Currently, the series has 6 products, including creams, serums, sunscreens and facial masks. The company intends to expand the scope to include more products and continue to study how cannabis better uses cannabis products.
