Extrusion Molding Process

As the basic molding method for tube bodies, it involves heating and melting plastic/metal raw materials, extruding them into a tubular shape through an extruder, and then cutting them to the required length. This process is commonly used for plastic tubes and enables the design of "thin-walled tubes" (lightweight) or "thick-walled tubes" (durable).

Printing Process

It is crucial for enhancing brand recognition. The mainstream methods are as follows:

Screen Printing: Suitable for simple logos and color blocks. It offers strong adhesion and low cost.

Offset Printing: Ideal for complex patterns and gradient colors. It features high printing precision and vivid colors.

Hot Stamping (Gold/Silver): Metal foil is stamped onto the tube body at high temperatures to enhance the high-end feel. This method is commonly used in high-end skincare products.

Heat Transfer Printing: Suitable for irregular tube bodies (such as special-shaped tubes). The printed patterns have strong adhesion and are not easy to scratch off.

Surface Treatment Process

It optimizes the touch feel and appearance of the tubes. The common types are:

Matte Finish: The tube body presents a matte texture, which is fingerprint-resistant and has a strong high-end feel.

Glossy Finish: The tube body is smooth and shiny, appearing more exquisite visually.

Soft-Touch Coating: The surface of the tube body has a "velvet-like" soft touch, improving the user experience.

Anodization (Exclusive to Metal Tubes): An oxide film is formed on the surface of aluminum tubes, which can be dyed into various colors and has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
