(1) Small text and small lines should be designed into a single package to avoid inaccurate multi-color overprinting. The width of the thin line should not be less than 0.1mm, otherwise it is easy to be lost or unclear when printing. The clear height of Chinese fonts is not less than 1.8mm, and the clear height of English fonts is not less than 1.5mm.
(2) Special attention should be paid to the design of anti-white text. If the text is small, especially if the strokes are very thin, a single color should be used. Attention should also be paid to the choice of fonts. Round head, bold, and contour fonts are the best choices, while fonts with too much difference in strokes, such as Song and Lao Song (horizontal, thin, vertical, and thick), should be used with caution. When using such fonts, pay attention to the clear height of Chinese fonts not less than 2.5mm, and the clear height of English fonts not less than 2mm.
reason:
(1) The viscosity of the post-printed ink is too high than that of the pre-printed ink.
(2) The ink that is printed first is slow in color fixing and has a large amount of ink.
(3) The color intensity balance of the four-color ink is not suitable.
method:
(1) Print with high-viscosity ink first, and then print with low-viscosity ink. The ideal viscosity requirement should gradually decrease in the order of overprint colors.
(2) Printing with fast-setting ink, high density and thinner printing. The pattern area is small, printed first, which is convenient for overprinting later.
(3) The color intensity of any set of wet multi-color overprinting inks is balanced and can be overprinted with the same amount of ink.
